What did Graham actually recommend

Hi there,

I recently read the book Deep Value by Tobias. I learned that investing in equally weighted stocks of companies selling less than 2/3*NCAV is what Graham recommended. But in one of my other queries, you suggested that Graham did not actually suggest the 2/3 rule but rather suggested something different. What did Graham recommend and where can I read more about it (which books)?
