FOMC does not completely clear Graham's qualitative criteria for the Defensive, Enterprising or NCAV investment grades; and therefore no Intrinsic Value or Intrinsic Value(%) could be assigned. However, Graham also specified additional categories for Blue Chips, Utilities & Financials, and Special Situations.
